A family from Aargau.
We are Daniel and Sabrina Schmidheiny from Suhr. Our two children learn at home. Rondino started out for our own family day, and we use it every day.
Why Rondino exists.
Chores, homework, learning goals, pocket money: for us it all lived on scraps of paper, in chats and in our heads. Every morning brought the same question: “What do I have to do today?”
We wanted one place where the children check for themselves and where we see at a glance in the evening what got done. Nothing like that existed for Swiss families and for learning at home under Lehrplan 21. So we built it.
“We first built Rondino for our own family. Now we want to share it with other families on the same path.”

“In the morning the children check for themselves what’s on. Since Rondino, they no longer ask ‘What do I have to do today?’ – they show me what they’ve done.”

Mother and learning companion
“We didn’t want yet another tool that makes work for us. Rondino takes the planning off our hands, and in the evening we see at a glance what the children have achieved.”
